Maapag, Valencia, Bukidnon. We got married poolside at her Kuya Jun's house at the farm. 

We meet 5/16/99. We celebrated her birthday (which she shares with her mother) 8/16/99 in Las Vegas.

So I proposed we get married at 5:16 PM on November 16.

It is an  alphasyllabary  belonging to the family of the  Brahmic scripts . It was widely used in  Luzon  and other parts of the  Philippines  during the 16th and 17th centuries before being supplanted by the  Latin alphabet .
